Special Event Shoot

Perfect for gala or corporate events, parties, anniversaries, family reunions, or intimate weddings, this package will cover your special occasion in true documentary style. Using our creative, interpretive approach to photography, we will capture all of the best moments, making lasting visual memories.

Before the session, we will meet to plan the direction and focus of the shoot.* The Special Event Shoot includes up to 3 hours of coverage (or more) at one location.** We will cover group shots, if your event requires them. We keep our posing to a minimum, maintaining a relaxed and natural look to all of our photos. The photo shoot will be a fun and memorable experience. Let us tell your story!

1 hour of photographic coverage at your event is $425 and includes 50 4x6 proofs presented to you in a preservation box.
2 hours of photographic coverage at your event is $725 and includes 100 4x6 proofs presented to you in a preservation box.
3 hours of photographic coverage at your event is $950 and includes 150 4x6 proofs presented to you in a preservation box.

Additional time may be booked at $225/hour and will include an extra 50 4x6 proofs for each additional hour covered.

*events falling on a Saturday may only be booked a maximum of 2 months in advance.
**travel fee of $0.50/km applies for locations beyond Guelph city limits

Selecting your photos is an important part of the creative process. All sessions include in-studio editing where we will review the proof sheets and order your best shots.
